What is a Pre-Order?

A Pre-Order is an order placed on an item that has not yet been released.

Why Should I Place a Pre-Order?

Due to high demand and popularity of certain items, we recommend placing a Pre-Order so as to secure your item.

When Shouldn't I Place a Pre-Order?

We recommend you do not place a Pre-Order if you need the item to arrive by a specific date. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order by that time as shipping delays may occur.

When Will I Receive My Order after Placing a Pre-Order?

Since a Pre-Order means that the item is not yet in stock, you will receive your order once inventory of that item(s) arrives. Anticipated arrival of inventory will always be listed on our website. 

It's Been 2-3 Months Since I Placed My Pre-Order and I Still Have Not Received My Order. Why Not?

We typically open Pre-Order sales on our website 2-3 months prior to inventory arrival. A Pre-Order should only be placed if the item you purchased is not urgent. 

I Have Not Received An Email Confirmation of My Order. What Should I Do?

Please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not there, please contact us at albanabooksandtoys@gmail.com and provide your full name on the Order and email address you'd like to add to our system.

I Am Sending My Order as a Gift. May I Include a Personalized Note and/or Card?

Yes! Please include your personal note under the "Special Instructions to Seller" section upon Checkout. We also sell Birthday and New Baby Cards. If you choose to purchase one, please specify the type of card and what you'd like the card to say by including your note under the same section upon Checkout. You can always email us too at albanabooksandtoys@gmail.com 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. Please keep in mind that all international orders are subject to custom/duty fees and the buyer is responsible for the payment of custom/duty fees.

Can I Customize My Doll(s)?

Unfortunately, all dolls are made in bulk and we currently do not have the capacity to customize at this time. But we are always open to ideas and suggestions and love to hear from our customers.
